Dispatch

We will attempt to dispatch your goods the following working day after we receive your order. At really busy times there may be a delay in the dispatch. Dispatch of the goods will be made to the address nominated by you at checkout. We use various agents including Royal Mail to ensure you receive your order. If you have problems let us know so that we can make improvements.

Delivery

Any claims for damage or shortages should be made, in writing, within 14 days of receipt by you of the goods.

Parcels received in bad condition should be signed for as "received damaged".

If you don’t receive your parcel with 15 days (UK) or 21 days (Rest of World) after placing your order please let us know. Royall Mail will only list a parcel lost/missing/stolen after this time has elapsed.

All claims for lost items must be made within 30 days of placing your order (unless dispatch is specified as longer).
